Not only are the following foods delicious, but they’re also healthy for you. Take care of your body and add some of these to your shopping list next time you make a Trader Joe’s run.

1. Watermelon.

These melons do more than just quench your thirst. Watermelons contain high levels of Vitamin A, B6, and C. They also contain high levels of lycopene, which can improve your heart health and decrease your risk of prostate cancer.

2. Corn.

Corn on the cob is a staple at most summer barbecues and you’ll want to load up. Corn on the cob is packed with fiber along with magnesium, which can decrease your risk of osteoporosis as well as fight insomnia and fatigue. You’ll get more nutritional value from yellow corn than white so keep that in mind when you go grocery shopping.
